An exceptional opportunity to join a leading housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor in Coventry.

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will manage an efficient material purchasing process on several sites.

package on offer

• Salary package of £40,000 – £50,000
• Car Allowance/company car
• Discretionary bonus
• Agile working (3 days from home, 2 in the office/site).

the requirements

You will be a QS, or a very experienced Assistant QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
