the offer

An exceptional opportunity to join a premium, privately owned, 5-star housebuilder as a Quantity Surveyor, based in the Northamptonshire area.

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

package & benefits

• Salary package of £40,000 – £60,000 (Depending on experience)
• Bonus on offer
• Car Allowance or Company Car

the requirements

You will be an experienced QS, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
