Are you a QS looking for an opportunity in the Residential development sector?

the offer

A brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing residential developer as a Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in the Derby area.

 

the position

Reporting into the Managing Surveyor, you will be responsible for the cost management of a major project within the business. You will ideally have experience on housing association/social housing or experience on larger structures with a main contractor

 

package on offer

  • Salary package of £46,000 – £57,000
  • Discretionary bonus

 

the requirements

You will be a QS, or a very experienced Assistant QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

 

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
