quantity surveyor (residential developer)

A brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing residential developer as a Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in the Oxford area.

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the cost management of a major project within the business. You will ideally have experience on housing association/social housing or experience on larger structures with a main contractor

package on offer

• Salary package of £61,000 – £71,000
• Additional bonus

the requirements

You will be a QS, or a very experienced Assistant QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of schemes within a main contractor or a residential developer

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of schemes with a contractor (residential experience would be ideal).
