A brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing residential developer as a Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in the Stratford area

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

package on offer

• Salary package of £50,000 – £60,000
• Discretionary bonus

the requirements

You will be a Project QS or a very experienced Assistant QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another residential developer or main contractor.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of sites for a residential developer or main contractor.
