Are you a experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work with a reputable 5 star house builder?  

Are you looking to work for one of the fastest growing residential developers in the UK?

 

the offer

A brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing residential developer as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, covering East Anglia (Norfolk through to Kings Lynn).

 

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the cost management of a major project within the business. You will ideally have experience within housebuilding, or with a main contractor.

 

package on offer

  • Salary package of £55,000 – £75,000
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Car Allowance/Company car
  • Other benefits e.g. Private healthcare etc.

 

the requirements

You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor, or a very experienced Quantity Surveyor that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of schemes within a main contractor or a residential developer

 

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of schemes with a contractor (residential would be ideal).
