Job description

We are currently working with a leading residential developer in West London who due to continued growth are looking for an ambitious and aspiring Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Seeking a driven and determined individual that wants to be part of a fantastic team, striving to achieve excellence inspire and lead others.

 This opportunity will allow you to help manage a range of fantastic high rise projects as part of continued major regeneration in the region (Projects £250m+). As a market leader in London this highly successful and established developer can provide the training  and support you need to develop your career at a pace.

 Experience and Qualifications

  • Candidate to be able to demonstrate previous high rise experience in London working for either a similar large national developer or main contractor.
  • Previous experience in leading and helping others achieve is vital.
  • Unprecedented time management and communication skills with a desire for project progression.
  • Experience of managing/working on multiple projects at any given time with large teams beneath you.
  • Must be ambitious and show willing determination to succeed not only in projects but also with their career and others careers.
  •  Excellent prioritisation and self-management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment for continued periods. 
  • Willingness to guide others and show them exemplary working standards.
