(recruitment experience essential)

: £25,000 – £40,000 + OTE
location: Canterbury office x 2 days a week, remote x 3 days a week
Are you an experienced recruiter with international expertise looking for your next step on the recruitment ladder?
If yes, you’ll be working with us, tdm – the leading property recruitment company that for close to 2 decades has cultivated a variety of well-known clients, including FTSE 100 housebuilders. Hiring from across the property cycle, tdm specialises in recruiting for roles within Commercial, Land & Planning, Sales & Marketing, and Technical.

You’d be joining us at an exciting time as you would be working on our Dubai/UK desk focused on helping us create an even bigger splash recruiting for housebuilding professionals wishing to work in Dubai – the glittering city of fortune.

As a recruiter with 12+ months of experience already under your belt and preferably with experience working international markets, you’ll be given the training, support and tools you need to continue your success. With clear targets and responsibilities set from the get-go in this role, you will be expected long-term to be independently running your desk and looking to aim even higher within the tdm structure. If this role goes well, we would be looking potentially for a team of recruiters to work predominantly from Dubai. We are already in the process of setting up an office in the Meydan freezone and are aggressively pushing this aspect of our business.

general responsibilities:

  • work towards independently managing the recruitment cycle
  • meeting billing targets set quarterly & every rolling 6 months
  • work towards being self-sufficient in winning new jobs / helping win new clients
  • work with marketing to build our brand in Dubai & bring on board new clients
  • maintain a clean database of clients/candidates & jobs adhering to tdm guidelines
  • assisting the senior team where needed on any appropriate duties relating to assignments or client jobs.

about you:

  • have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience in any industry
  • have some experience recruiting internationally
  • have a track record of meeting billing targets
  • are self-motived and enjoy hitting targets

  • A basic salary between £25,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience
