London £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience + uncapped commission

We are offering the right candidate the exciting opportunity to help develop our successful commercial real estate team In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting commercial real estate professionals including development, agency, and investment into many different markets including proptech, funds, and consultancies. . In return, as a senior recruitment consultant for commercial real estate, we will provide you with a basic salary of £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience, plus uncapped commission and access to great company benefits.

We have offices in Canterbury and London and ask that you are able to travel to the London office twice a week with flexible, remote working available the rest of the time. We also hold monthly catch-ups with all the team in central London, which are usually a lot of fun and a great way to catch up with the wider team.

Responsibilities

  •  360 recruitment – client through to candidate management 
  • Supporting junior consultants within the team
  • Headhunting passive candidates on the market for specific roles
  • Social media and email marketing using our CRM system Vincere & following the brand guidelines
  • Candidate generation and qualification

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years minimum recruitment experience and able to demonstrate billing history – can be within a non-property related recruitment field. OR a first-class Graduate in Real Estate Management
  • Ambitious and target driven
  • Comfortable working autonomously but able to work under direction when required
  • An interest in strategic business development and the commercial real estate sector
  • Background of working towards targets and succeeding
