Job description

An exceptional opportunity to join a leading strategic land promoter as Regional Land Director is on the market for a high-quality individual. Reporting into the Group Land Director you will tasked with sourcing and acquiring sites across the South East and also form part of the senior management team.

You will be an ambitious, driven Senior Land Manager / Land Director who has a background and demonstrable history of buying a volume of sites. You will be a proven deal maker and will be hungry to join a business that encourages a bold acquisition strategy.

This role is ideal for those seeking to move out of the PLC world and into a role and business that offers a relaxed, entrepreneurial environment with a lot of autonomy.

The business is a very dynamic and entrepreneurial one and as such you will be given a high level of autonomy to do deals and bring in viable sites. You will be able to work remotely, with visits to head office required once or twice a week. Therefore, this role requires a real self-motivator who is looking for an opportunity to earn great money and develop your career to managing director level at a fast pace.

Critically and firstly you will be a born deal maker and have a track record of doing 3-4 land deals a year.

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified and ideal property related
  • Natural born deal maker doing 3-4 land deals a year consistently.
  • Ambitious, driven Senior Land Manager or Land Manager ready to make the step up.
  • Currently working for either a national house builder or leading promoter / trader.
  • A strong network of contacts in the land agency world.
  • Determined, hungry and ambitious.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team.
