To be considered for the role you will currently be working within a Town Planning discipline with a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience. You will currently be working for either a private sector consultancy, housebuilder or local authority where you will have gained diverse experience in planning management and securing commercially deliverable planning approvals.
To be successful as our Regional Planning Manager, you will be to evidence your previous excellent success on delivering planning requirements. You will be seen as an expert in the planning field and an effective business/project delivery manager.
Delivering on excellence and control are key to the success within this role.
