Roving New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description TDM Recruitment are currently recruiting an exciting role for a Roving New Homes Sales Negotiator for a leading Developer, you will be travelling to Birmingham, Derby and Leicester. 
Offering a basic salary up to £25,000 base, £40,000 OTE reporting to the Sales Manager.  1 weekend off in 4 and door to door mileage covered! 

The suitable candidate for this role:

Experience within customer facing sales
Must be happy to work weekends
Customer service experience/focused
Self-motivated to reach and exceed set targets 
Must be have full UK driving license

Key requirements:

Must have new homes experience
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including some weekends


For this role duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
Taking customers on viewings
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date

Requirements of the role:

Self-motivated individual 
Achieving and exceeding set targets 
Previous New Homes experience 
Strong customer service skills
Smart appearance
