We are delighted to be recruiting for a leading house builder in recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator that has a drive to exceed set targets whilst providing and excellent customer journey.

You will cover 2 sites in Huntingdon and Bedford. You will be experienced in housebuilding sales and have worked on site.

The role is 5 days a week with sites open Thursday - Monday. Commission is UNCAPPED. 

Working hours 10am - 5pm working 5 day week (Thursday - Monday), there is also a requirement to work weekends. 

Responsibilities include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors to the site.
- Generating sales and providing leads for additional services
- Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face
- Working within a target orientated environment
- Liaising and communicating with Developers

The ideal person: 

- Will have experience working on New Homes developments
- Will be organised and driven by targets
- Will be capable of liaising at all levels with both clients and developers
- Will offer exceptional customer service
- Will be hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve targets
- Will be confident and resilient

It is essential that you have previous experience of successfully working as a New Homes Sales Advisor.
