A new opportunity for a motivated and customer focused Sales Advisor to join a 5* developer based near Eastbourne, East Sussex has come through! On offer is a basic salary of £28,500 plus a realistic OTE of £50,000. The company are after a team player who has a fresh, energetic approach with a target driven attitude.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Sales Advisor working in another New Homes Sales position. With excellent negotiation skills, you will play an integral part in delivering an excellent customer journey. You will have a customer friendly attitude as excellent customer service is essential to the values of the developer and you will be immaculately presented.

You will be part of a company that acknowledges achievement and there is a great opportunity to excel your career in this exciting, high performing environment. Excellent computer skills and an understanding of CRM systems is essential. You will be flexible and weekend work is a must out of the 5/7 days working rota.

The package is £28,500 basic salary, plus a realistic OTE of £50,000.

Key requirements:

• New Homes Sales experience working for a housebuilder or estate agency
• Energetic, money motivated and ambitious
• Driven by hitting targets
• Customer friendly
• Immaculately presented
• Current and valid UK licence
