There is a superb opportunity for forward thinking Sales Advisors to join a leading 5* housebuilder! The company are after Sales Advisors to be based on sites between Cheltenham and Bridgwater. On offer is £24,000 basic salary plus £37,000 OTE.

If you are a self motivated and contentious Sales Advisor who is personable and powerful in their sales negotiation, then then the company is keen to have you on board! You will have strong attention to detail and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills that result in sound decision making.

As a Sales Advisor, you will actively ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered and you will play an integral part in ensuring a first-class customer experience. New homes sales experience working for a housebuilder is essential, you will be flexible and able to work weekends out of the 5/7 days working rota with the chance to have 1 weekend off in 4.

A basic salary of up to £24,000 basic salary plus £37,000 OTE is on offer.
