A new opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a buzzing sales site for a leading developer has come up! This role is based near Tottenham, with up to £32,400 basic plus £50,000 OTE on offer.

The company are known for having developments that exhibit high quality specification and are after a team player and is dedicated to delivering first class customer service. You will be key in delivering superior products and play an integral part in all sales operations.

On offer is up to £32,400 basic salary, plus £50,000 OTE.

As an experienced new homes Sales Negotiator, you will have excellent negotiation skills and will also have a customer friendly attitude. Excellent customer service is essential to the values of the housebuilder, you will be well-presented and deliver an excellent customer journey. You will have excellent computer skills and an understanding of CRM systems.

You will be flexible and open to work weekends, with a Tuesday – Saturday working week.

Key requirements:

• Experience in New Homes industry working for a residential developer with a proven track record in delivering targets and selling high-quality homes.
• Have broad product knowledge of the housing market.
• Be computer literate and have confident communication skills.
• Be comfortable in a challenging, fast paced environment and be target driven.
• Available to work weekends.
• Valid UK driving licence.
