A new opportunity for an ambitious Sales Advisor to join a buzzing sales site for a 5* housebuilder has emerged! Based near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, on offer is up to £30,000 basic plus £50,000 OTE.

The company are known for having developments that exhibit high calibre specification and are after a team player who is committed to delivering first class customer service! You will be key playing an integral part in all sales operations.

As an experienced new homes Sales Advisor, you will have excellent negotiation skills and a customer friendly attitude. Excellent customer service is essential to the values of the housebuilder, you will be well-presented and deliver an excellent customer journey. You will have excellent computer skills and an understanding of CRM systems.

You will be flexible and open to working weekends, with 2 days off in the week out of the 5/7 days working rota. The company also offer 1 in 8 weekends off. 

You will have needed to work in a similar role before for a housebuilder or developer.

For an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor, on offer is up to £30,000 basic plus £50,000 OTE.

Key requirements:

• Experience in New Homes industry working for a housebuilder with a proven track record in delivering targets and selling high-quality homes
• Have broad product knowledge of the housing market
• Be computer literate and have confident communication skills
• Be comfortable in a challenging, fast paced environment and be target driven
• Available to work weekends
• Valid UK driving licence
