Are you an experienced new homes professional who is adept at strategic marketing, and driven by the challenge of exceeding sales targets? We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join a prominent housebuilder in the North East, dedicated to crafting exceptional homes and shaping extraordinary living experiences.

Role Overview:
 
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the sales and marketing initiatives, driving brand visibility and propelling the successful marketing and sale of residential new homes. You will direct and manage the on-site teams to hit targets, whilst directing on the marketing working closely with the group function.
 
Your strategic vision and leadership skills will be pivotal in maximizing sales opportunities while maintaining high standards of customer service. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to closing deals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Craft compelling and innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and manage digital marketing efforts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers and real estate agents.
  • Analyze market trends, refine marketing strategies, and provide insights to shape future sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales and marketing performance.

 
Requirements:
 

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing management at a housebuilder
  • currently a Sales Manager or Marketing Manager for a leading developer
  • Strong leadership skills t
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation abilities, and strategic storytelling proficiency.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and sales techniques.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and shaping brand narratives.

  • £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary plus an OTE of up to £90,000
