A new opportunity has come up for a sales negotiator to join a leading 5* house builder on a site in Birmingham! I am working with 5* developer with a city centre scheme, looking for the next superstar to join them on a successful and fast selling development.

The role offers a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus £50,000 OTE (uncapped) and 1 in 4 weekends off.

You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and build a rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements for their new home! You will have exceptional communication skills and be effective in closing sales.

With customer focussed and proactive approach, you will join a supportive, progressive, and successful team working for a leading house builder. Customer journey is paramount and someone who has a keen eye for detail and a pride in product, presentation and ensuring a fabulous service is provided at all times.

The company will consider applicants from an estate agency background if the individual has new homes experience.

You will be working with other sales negotiators on site so the ability to work within a team is essential.

Requirements:

• You will have at least 1 years’ experience within a sales negotiator role or estate agency
• Motivated and results driven
• Committed to delivering first class customer journey
• Highly organised
• You will be available to work weekends
• Valid UK driving licence
