Job description

A leading developer is looking to recruit a Sales Director to run sites across London. An interesting and unique role, where you will be given the autonomy and opportunity to lead sales and marketing and be part of the senior management team. On offer is a basic salary of up to £140,000 plus bonus and package. 

The incoming Sales Director will have a proven track record working for a leading House Builder and will have had experience leading a large team across a busy region. Head office is in North London.  

You will be a driven and ambitious individual who is commercially astute, industry established, passionate about the market and familiar with new homes sales having worked at director level for an industry leading brand. You will be used to influencing positive change within a business and will have strong commercial clout and the ability to be able to make key decisions.

You will come from a very strong property background and have experience managing the sales process from cradle to grave and a proven track record of implementing a sales and marketing strategy with a strong focus on customer experience.

Reporting into the MD, on offer is a generous package of up to £140,000 plus bonus and package.

Key requirements:

Extensive new home sales experience.
London experience is essential. 
Experience working as a Sales Director for a leading house builder or developer. 
Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
Experience in developing teams.
Very driven and determined to succeed.
