sales executive – leading housebuilder
up to £32,000 plus £55,000 OTE
Leytonstone, East London

Are you a new homes sales executive looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on a new launching scheme? Our client is a leading developer looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to deliver their high volume site near Leytonstone, East London! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.
This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but high quality environment. This is a multi-scheme project running over several years, so there is longevity in the role! You will be selling in a funky, artsy and diverse area of East London, and having knowledge of nearby landmarks and selling in the London apartment market is a bonus.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £32,000 with a realistic OTE of £55,000. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your days off.
You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive and be self motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!
Using your previous experience as a Sales Executive, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Director.
For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

Key requirements:

  • New homes sales experience working for a housebuilder or agent
  • Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work on weekends.
