We are currently working with a private developer with a focus on delivering high-end homes in the Essex market looking to onboard a new homes Sales Manager.
They are at a period of real growth, expanding their current portfolio of sites across Essex.
The product is high end and bespoke, with a price point of £600k – £1mil and sites are around 10 units.
Due to the business now kicking on to the next stage in its journey, they are looking for someone to come in and grab the reigns in the sales and marketing department.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the agents (there are no direct sales staff at present as its all outsourced), dealing with customers and looking to establish customer journey.
What is important, though, is you are a sales manager who has experience with marketing – setting up campaigns, digital, social, pr etc and you can drive the agencies to deliver on the marketing piece. You will come with ideas and the ability to think outside the box to deliver on branding and customer attraction.
This isn’t a job for a PLC housebuilding sales professional and, ideally, you will come from a private developer or new homes estate agency with experience as a sales manager for min of 1 year.
They are remote based business, and you will be expected to spilt your time between home and site.
Depending on experience, they will pay between £40,000 – £60,000 basic, with a very generous bonus, plus car allowance.
