A prime residential developer is recruiting for an experienced new homes professional to join as Sales Manager at a time of exciting growth. An interesting and unique role, where you will be given the autonomy and opportunity to lead sales function. On offer is a basic salary of up to £60,000 plus a realistic OTE of £100,000.
 
Utilising your bank of contacts and experience in the luxury property market, you will run the sales operation of a very exclusive portfolio.
 
If you have experience working for a high-end agent, having specialised in selling £1million plus properties to investors or owner occupiers looking for a second home, this is the one for you.
 
As the incoming Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record working for a leading property agent, with a network of high-net-worth individuals looking to purchase off plan or ready to move into units.
 
You will be a driven and ambitious individual who is commercially astute, industry established, passionate about the market and familiar with new homes sales having worked an industry leading estate agency brand. You will be used to influencing positive change within a business and will have strong commercial clout and the ability to be able to make key decisions.
 
You will come from a very strong property background and have experience managing the sales processes and a proven track record of implementing a sales and marketing strategy with a on customer journey.
 
Reporting into the MD, on offer is a generous package of up to £100,000.
 
Key requirements:
 

  • Extensive new home sales experience in the luxury property market.
  • Experience working as an estate agent selling prime property.
  • Have managed UHNW clients both domestically and internationally.
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
  • Experience in developing, coaching and motivating teams.
  • Very driven and determined to succeed.
  • Knowledge of the new homes property market.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
