A progressive developer with an exciting future is looking to on board an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to apply their resilient and “make it happen” attitude to an energetic sales site. This role will be based near Southall, West London on a fast selling site, with an offer of £28,000 basic plus £55,000 OTE.
I am looking for Sales Negotiators who are personality driven, charismatic and have a natural desire to succeed. Sales motivated and results focussed, well presented and approachable, able to build rapport and deliver and deliver an amazing customer experience.
You will be an experienced Sales Negotiator, having worked for a house builder or developer, starting on a basic of £28,000 and increasing to £30,000 after 3 months probationary period plus £55,000 OTE.
The developer delivers high quality finished product and is in high demand, so you will be hard working and personality driven in this competitive industry. The developer is looking for someone who is also fluent in another language such as Punjabi, Bengali, Urdu, Greek or Portuguese, whilst having fluency in English. The company operate on a joint commission structure, so you will join a successful sales team who thrive off teamwork and collaboration to ensure a brilliant customer journey.
With a January 2022 start, you will be flexible and able to work weekends out of the 5/7 days working rota.
- Have New Homes experience working for a housebuilder or developer
