We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a progressive and rapidly growing house builder on a development near Southall, West London.
The developer is known for regenerating some of London’s many disused buildings into high-spec homes, building communities and nature spaces! You will be joining a successful, growing sales team on a fast-paced and well selling site.
The company are after a proactive team player that is dedicated to delivering first class customer service. You will be key in delivering superior products and play an integral part in all sales operations.
On offer is £28,000 basic salary (rising to £30,000 after probation) plus £65,000 OTE.
As an experienced new homes Sales Negotiator, you will have excellent negotiation skills and will also have a customer friendly attitude. Excellent customer service is essential to the values of the housebuilder, you will be well-presented and deliver an excellent customer journey. You will have excellent computer skills and an understanding of CRM systems.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers on site and taking them on viewings
- Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
- Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
- Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
- Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
- Have new homes experience with a house builder or developer
- Have access to your own transport
- Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
- Be immaculately presented
- Flexible to work weekends.
