A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new homes sales negotiator to join a leading house builder based on site in Meppershall, Bedfordshire.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus £50,000 OTE (uncapped).
With previous experience as a sales advisor for a housebuilder, you be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and build a rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements for their new home. You will have exceptional communication skills and be effective in closing sales.
You will be energetic in your customer approach and focus on being proactive. With a bubbly, charismatic personality, you will join a supportive, progressive, and successful team working for a leading house builder. You will report into the Sales Manager and be based on site.
The company is dynamic, forward thinking and committed to developing staff, offering some of the best training in the industry. You will be available to work weekends with Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off. Working hours are 10.00am until 5.00pm and finishing at 4.00pm Sundays. There is also 1 weekend off in 6 rota dependant.
- You will have at least 1 years’ experience as a sales consultant for a housebuilder or developer
