A fresh opportunity has come up for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a leading 5* house builder on a site near Cranfield, Bedfordshire.

The role offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus £50,000 OTE.

You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and deliver a first-class customer journey. Building a rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements for their new home is key! You will have exceptional communication skills and be effective in closing sales.

The company is known for their high specification and quality product, and you will be based on their well selling site! You will join a supportive, progressive, and successful team working for a leading privately owned developer.

The company is dynamic, forward thinking and committed to developing staff, offering some of the best training in the industry. They are recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them on their site near Cranfield. You will be available to work weekends with 1 in 6 weekends off.  

Requirements:

• You will have at least 1 years’ experience within a Sales Negotiator role
• Motivated and results driven
• Committed to delivering first class customer journey
• Highly organised
• You will be available to work weekends
• Valid UK driving licence
