Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator looking for a new challenge? A superb opportunity has opened for a sales negotiator to join a leading house builder on site near Yaxham, Norfolk.

The role offers a basic salary of up to £29,000 plus £50,000 OTE uncappped plus paid mileage

You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, build a rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements for their new home. You will have exceptional communication skills and be effective in closing sales.

The company is dynamic, forward thinking and committed to developing staff, offering some of the best training in the industry. They are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join them on a busy site based near Yaxham.

The hours for this role are 10am to 5pm, with Wednesday and Thursday as your days off.

Requirements:• You will have at least 1 years’ experience within a sales negotiator role working for a developer, housing association or new homes estate agent• Motivated with a a sales hungry nature• Committed to delivering first class customer service• Highly organised• You will be available to work weekends• Valid UK driving licence
