A new opportunity has emerged for a new home Sales Executive to join a privately owned housebuilder based on site near Shefford, Bedfordshire.  

The role offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus £50,000 OTE.

With previous experience as a new homes Sales Executive, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be used to taking a proactive approach when supporting customers with the purchase of their new home. You will have a strong background in converting leads into sales, have exceptional communication skills and be self-motivated.

The business is progressive, forward thinking and committed to developing staff, offering some of the best training in the industry. They are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join them on a new launching site based in Shefford, Bedfordshire.

With further sites launching in the future, there is longevity in the role and an opportunity to progress within the business! On offer is up to £30,000 plus £50,000 OTE and you will be available to work weekends.

 Requirements:

• You will have experience as a Sales professional for a housebuilder or developer
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Committed to delivering first class customer journey
• Highly organised
• You will be available to work weekends
• Valid UK driving licence
