Job description.

An opportunity has arisen for a new homes sales negotiator to join a leading house builder based on site at Sutton-in-Ashfield, Derbyshire.  

The role offers a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus £48,000 OTE (uncapped) plus mileage and an excellent commission structure.

 With previous experience as a sales advisor for a housebuilder or new homes agent, you will have exemplary interpersonal skills as well as being able to build and maintain relationships with customers to effectively support them with the transition into their new home. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a strong background in converting leads into a sale.

You will be energetic in your customer approach and focus on being proactive. With a bubbly, charismatic personality, you will join a supportive, progressive, and successful team working for a leading house builder.

You will be available to work weekends with Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off.

 Requirements:

• You will have at least 1 years’ experience as a sales consultant for a housebuilder, housing association, developer or new homes estate agency
• Motivated and results driven
• Committed to delivering first class customer journey
• Highly organised
• Available to work weekends
• Valid UK driving licence
