A great opportunity has come through for a new homes sales negotiator to join a leading house builder based on site in Ketteringham, Norfolk. 

The role offers a basic salary of £28,000 plus £55,000 OTE (uncapped), door to door mileage and an excellent commission structure. With previous experience as a new homes sales negotiator, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as being able to build and maintain rapport with customers to support them with the purchase their new home. 

You will have exceptional communication skills and have a solid background in converting leads into a sale. You will be enthusiastic in your customer approach and focus on being proactive.

They are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join them on a buzzing site based in Ketteringham, Norfolk . With a basic salary of £28,000 plus £55,000 OTE uncapped on offer, you will be flexible to work weekends, with your days off as Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Requirements: 

• You will have at least 1 years’ experience as a sales consultant for a housebuilder or developer 

• Motivated and results driven 

• Committed to delivering first class customer journey 

• Highly organised 

• You will be available to work weekends 

• Valid UK driving licence
