Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join a brand new retirement development based just outside Twyford, Berkshire

On offer is a fantastic package, with a basic salary of £25,000 DOE and an achievable OTE of £51,000 plus a company car.

To be considered, you MUST have experience working for in New Homes (mainstream or retirement).  You will be a team player but also self-motivated with a target driven attitude. Your working pattern will have fantastic weekend benefits! You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

This would be ideal for someone who has come from mainstream New Homes and wants to get their Sundays' back!

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.
