Job description

I am currently recruiting an experienced Sales Progressor to work for a well-renowned housing developer, based in the Wolverhampton area.

The package is up to £25,000 basic salary dependent on experience. A commission structure based on completed plots will be included of an OTE of £10,000 p.a.

Working pattern will be 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday. There is scope for some home working in this role.

Your day to day role will be to:

  • Ensure that each sale is actively chased and facilitated by liaising with the sales agents, solicitors, purchasers and other key parties as necessary.
  • To operate with incoming and outgoing telephone calls to clients, agents, and any other third parties in connection with conveyancing matters.
  • Update the company’s reporting system with all relevant information, including regular updates on the company systems, invoicing and banking.
  • Use your understanding of the conveyancing journey to problem solve and overcome any challenges with the sale thus preventing sales falling through.
  • Ensure a smooth and speedy point of exchange of contracts.

The ideal Sales Progressor will have:

  • Adequate previous experience
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A pro-active and 'can do' approach
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office
  • A high standard of English grammar.
  • A natural flair for confidently and eloquently engaging with clients
  • Must be target driven
