Job description We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to work for an industry leading developer in Chelmsford, Essex. You will have experience working as Sales Progressor either for a house builder, developer or agency, or have been on site as a New Homes Sales Negotiator with experience in progressing your own sales. 

Typical duties for this role will include:

- Progressing all new build sales in a timely manner from reservation to completion

- Liaising with customers; financial advisors and solicitors

- Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts

- Ensure purchaser's information is compliant and up to date

- Assist with any customer queries


Key requirements:

- The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ progression experience working in the property industry

- New Homes Sales background also considered

- You will be very organised with a good eye for detail

- Be very customer service focused

- Possess excellent communication skills

- Good team player

- Current and Valid UK driving licence
