Senior Development ManagerLondon£85kWe are working with a privately owned investor & developer that operates in the residential, build to rent (btr), student accommodation, mixed-used & stacked industrial spaces. They are exceptionally well funded and have access to a large pool of available capital. Because of this they have been acquiring new development opportunities and have a large portfolio of projects coming through the pipeline.

They are keen to appoint an experienced development or senior development manager to source, acquire and develop new projects across the UK, based in their London HQ. 

You will have previous experience of build to rent, BtR, residential or student accommodation type projects and have demonstrable track record of delivering projects with gdv of £20m – £100m. You will be degree educated and have professional qualifications (ciob, mrics, rtpi or riba) and be used to managing complex internal and external teams.

The business is rapidly growing and extremely entrepreneurial, so you thrive in fast paced environments and be comfortable making executive decisions. You will form part of the senior management team and report directly into the ceo. 

You will be an experienced development professional who is either working for another btr, student or residential developer in London or is a grade A consultancy professional operating at a very senior level.
