Are you a talented Senior Development Manager with a proven track record and a successful career in London Property Development? Are you looking to push your career to the next level and join one of London’s Top Residential Developers?
An Award-winning Residential property developer based in the heart of West London are currently looking to make a senior appointment within the management team due to an increase in workload from recent successful planning application for development in the region. 
They have a very close team of 8 people who come different professional backgrounds, with a team of this size its important to them people they bring into the business are team player who can support and share ideas with the team. No Egocentrics here!
Developments range from 40 to 250 Apartments. This may suit someone who has experience life with one of the much larger PLC developers who maybe want to be involved in the ‘bigger picture’ and join a smaller more entrepreneurial business. 


Responsibilities:
Undertake in depth due diligence, Feasibility appraisal & preparing bid documentation for potential new site and development opportunities.
Effective financial management of Development appraisals.
Oversee the full development process from site acquisition, planning and construction phases.
Preparation of planning briefs – Working closely with all professional parties including Planners, Architects, Engineers in a professional manner ensuring clear and transparent outcomes.
Preparation and submission of planning applications for residential and mixed-use schemes.
Build & maintain strong relations with local planning authorities.
Establishment of commercial & Project budgets.
Negotiation of section 106 agreements and other legal aspects.

Qualifications:
Degree in Real estate, Estate Management, Planning or other relevant qualification.

Relevant Experience:
Proven track record of delivering either BTR, Residential, or Mixed-use developments cradle to grave.
Sound knowledge of the development process and solid ability to deliver the submission of planning applications.
Ability to produce report and presentations for senior board.
