Are you a talented Development Manager with a proven track record and a successful career in London Property Development? Are you looking to push your career to the next level and join one of London’s Top Residential Developers?
A Well-established Residential Developer with a glowing history of developing beautiful homes in zones 2-5 have a robust pipeline of new developments currently in the planning system. As a result, they’re looking to appoint a strong Development Manager with Residential housing experience to work on these new projects. All these schemes in planning are in excess of 200 units. They currently have a varied Development team made up of from different professional backgrounds such as Planning, Acquisition and construction so you will be joining a team with an outstanding support network. There are real prospects of advancement in this role to Development Director within 24 months for the right candidate.

Undertake in depth due diligence, Feasibility appraisal & preparing bid documentation for potential new site and development opportunities.
Effective financial management of Development appraisals.
Oversee the full development process from site acquisition, planning and construction phases.
Preparation of planning briefs – Working closely with all professional parties including Planners, Architects, Engineers in a professional manner ensuring clear and transparent outcomes.
Preparation and submission of planning applications for residential and mixed-use schemes.
Build & maintain strong relations with local planning authorities.
Establishment of commercial & Project budgets.
Negotiation of section 106 agreements and other legal aspects.

Degree in Real estate, Estate Management, Planning or other relevant qualification.

Relevant Experience:
Proven track record of delivering either BTR, Residential, or Mixed-use developments cradle to grave.
Sound knowledge of the development process and solid ability to deliver the submission of planning applications.
Ability to produce report and presentations for senior board.
