Senior Estimator

£60k package

An exceptional opportunity to join an established 5-star national housebuilder as a Senior Estimator in the Leicester area. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will work as part of the wider Commercial team and be responsible for preparing whole development budgets, estimates and cashflows from pre-land purchase to final budget estimate, prior to the handover to the Quantity Surveying and Buying teams.

Critically and firstly you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record with a demonstrable background of having provided development budgets, estimates & cashflows

Key Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role elsewhere
• Be knowledgeable in all areas of construction techniques and mixed-tenure schemes
• An exceptional level of mathematical ability and a natural in problem-solving skills
• High level of Microsoft Excel ability
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a wider team
