Job description.

We are looking for an experienced Snr Land and Partnerships Manager to join a rapidly expanding award-winning developer based in Hertfordshire.

This will be a position for someone experienced within Land and Partnerships work who is ready to challenge themselves and progress up to Head of Land.

Patch experience and contacts in Hertforsdshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northants would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• To identify and acquire development sites across the region, and if appropriate on their own subject to internal approvals.
• To lead on land negotiations and ensuring the business plan is met.
• Lead/advise/assist other Land team members on any land propositions.
• Maintain excellent relationships with key land contacts.
• To assist procuring various admin schedules to aid delivering the business plan on an annual basis.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of Relevant HND/HNC or similar
• Bachelor’s Degree preferable
• Proven track record in the UK building industry
• Wide knowledge of Construction Industry processes and procedures
• Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative
• Wide knowledge of Construction Industry processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Clean UK driving licence
