We are working with a leading housebuilder based near Acton, West London, who are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The company is searching for a proven new homes marketing professional to join a creative and dynamic marketing team on delivering 5* developments. The role offers hybrid working, with a mix of WFH, site and office based.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £38,000 plus bonus.

This opportunity will suit someone with housebuilding experience who is hungry for a step up from their current Marketing Coordinator/Executive role. You will be committed to delivering market brand principles, input innovative ideas and have sound knowledge of the new homes market. You will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager and the team to manage and deliver marketing activities which are designed to raise the profile of the developments and generate sales. Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills is key! It is essential you are self motivated in this collaborative environment and have a desire to deliver to deadlines and budgets. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, CMS systems and email systems.

On offer is up to £38,000 plus bonus.

• Marketing experience in New Homes working for a housebuilder
