Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator - Central London

£24000 - £32000/annum OTE - £55,000

We are currently recruiting a Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for an industry leading house builder based in Central London. This role is permanent and would be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.

New Homes Sales Negotiator Salary up to £32,000 as a basic with an OTE of £55,000. Working days and hours will be discussed at interview for this 5 x day a week role. 

You will have experience selling residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer. 

For this role duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
Taking customers on viewings 
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

Have new homes experience 
Have access to your own/public transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.

This vacancy is for a New Homes Sales Negotiator Salary up to £32,000 on the base with an OTE of £55,000.
