An exceptional opportunity to join a premium privately owned as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, based in the Tamworth area. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

You will be a Senior QS, or a very experienced QS who is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
