An exceptional opportunity to join a premium 5-star rated housebuilder as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Essex.

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will manage an efficient material purchasing process on several sites.

package on offer

• Salary package of £65,000 – £75,000 (Depending on Experience)
• £6,900 Car Allowance/Company Car
• Discretionary bonus

the requirements

You will be a Senior QS, or a very experienced QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder, along with RC Frame experience (essential)
