the offer

A brilliant opportunity to join a 5-star fast-growing housebuilder as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in the Northampton area

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

package on offer

• Salary package of £70,000 – £80,000
• Discretionary bonus

the requirements

You will be a Senior QS or a very experienced QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of developments within another housebuilder.

Critically and firstly, you will be an efficient operator & have a consistent track record of the effective cost management of developments within a housebuilder.
