Senior Quantity Surveyor 
£55,000 to £70,000 plus package
West Midlands

The Opportunity:
TDM Recruitment are supporting the senior commercial team of a premium 5-star residential developer.

My client is looking to attract either an experienced QS (7+ years) ready to step up, or a Senior QS with extensive experience on high-rise schemes (ideally residential). This scheme the successful candidate will be leading is over 35 stories high.

Key requirements:

  • Industry relevant experience working on a high-rise scheme
  • A proven track record in effective cost management of housing developments (ideally volume).
  • Commercially astute
  • A clear communicator
  • A Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Industry relevant experience in a similar role

The Role:

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the overall cost management of this and future schemes within the business. You will be tasked with deceiving clear and accurate records of cost manager, procurement, and subcontract management of payments to final accounts.
