A brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing residential developer as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with the role primarily based in Brentwood, on projects in East London.

the position

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the cost management of several residential projects within the business.

package on offer

• Salary package of £72,000 – £82,000
• Discretionary bonus

the requirements

You will be a Senior QS, or a very experienced QS that is ready to step up, with a demonstrable background of having commercial responsibility of sites within a residential developer or a main contractor.
