Job description.

Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 DOE, plus OTE (approx. £60,000 – £90,000)

the position You will be an experienced recruiter with 3 years plus recruitment experience and be well versed in managing the complete recruitment cycle. 

With our flexible work from anywhere in the UK policy, this new role will suit you if you are confident working independently, hungry for personal and company success, target-driven and able to easily build relationships with others. 

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting mid to senior level candidates (£55k – £100k salaries) for the leading house building, development companies and real estate investment funds. You will be given clients and candidates from day one and you will be tasked with managing key accounts.

tdm operates in a very autonomous fashion so we don’t have weekly KPI meetings as there are no KPI’s. Instead, you will be running your own business unit within tdm and given all the assistance you need including a supportive team as well as a resourcer to assist you in sourcing candidates.

key responsibilities include:•    360 recruitment – client through to candidate management •    Supporting junior consultants within the team•    Head hunting passive candidates on the market for specific roles•    Social media and email marketing using our CRM system Vincere & following the brand guidelines •    Candidate generation and qualification •    Strategic development of the team, alongside other senior consultants

Our team at present earn the above OTE and a few are earning over £100k + per annum.

key requirements:

•    3 years minimum recruitment experience, able to demonstrate extensive billing history – can be generalist, does not have to be property/construction-based experience •    Ambitious and target driven•    An interest in strategic business development and the commercial real estate sector •    Background of working towards targets and succeeding
