Job description

I have an opportunity to work as a New Homes Senior Sales Negotiator with a fast-growing division of an industry leading housebuilder. We are now recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work on a site near Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. The package is a basic of up to £36,000 plus a realistic OTE of £60,000+. 

 The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. It is essential you have managed a development and managed 1-2 Sales Negotiators. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude.

  Saturdays & Sundays are a must to work.  It is essential you have managed a development and managed 1-2 Sales Negotiators to be considered for the role. Please note, only candidates with New Homes industry experience will be considered. Key requirements: • New Homes Sales experience • Energy, money motivated and ambitious • Driven by hitting targets • Extremely self-motivated • Customer friendly • Immaculately presented • Current and valid UK licence
