Job description.

I am looking for a Senior Technical Manager for a cash rich, independent house builder and developer who have exciting expansion plans in the next 12-18 months. The company has a wealth of land behind them with a number of projects already underway and a vision to become one of the leading housebuilders in the South East.

I am particularly interested in speaking to Technical Managers who have extensive experience working for PLC house builders or those with proven knowledge of working on residential developments of 120 units +.

Reporting in to the Operations Director, you will be responsible in overseeing flagship projects for the business with clear progression plans to step up in the future in to a head of department role and help drive the business and team forward.

You will be a driven and proven individual operating within the housebuilding world and have that desire and ambition to prove yourself and step up in the future. An individual who must be able to problem solve, project manage and also oversee more junior individuals and motivate the wider team.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally degree qualified in Architecture or Engineering (or other relevant background).
• Have experience working for a house builder or developer on residential units of 100 +
• Proven experience of managing residential projects throughout the development cycle.
• An individual who is good with people and can problem solve quickly and concise.
• Have the ambition and drive to step up to a head of department role in the next 12-18 months.
