Job description My client is one of the top 10 house builders in the UK and have numerous developments currently underway and others with pending start dates. I am ideally looking for candidates that have spent time with some of the other leading housebuilders – you will preferably have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in new homes, successively taking your own sites from inception to completion.
 
You will report directly into the Contracts Manager and work collaboratively with other members of the site team to guarantee project completions are finished on time, to budget and to expected quality. 

Within this role, a main responsibility will be to produce site records, daily diaries and weekly progress reports to ensure smooth running. Previous involvement in working on a face paced, new home site would be advantageous. 

The brand-new site is a traditional house build scheme, with 2-4 bed houses. The 30 unit site will be finished to extremely high spec. The client is looking for someone who has great communication and a real team player with a genuine passion for the site safety. 


Key Responsibilities:
Manage project in line with the agreed finance and production targets
Take responsibility for Health & Safety and Environment matters
Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line with the program of works on site
Agree sub-contractors long term and short-term program and monitor performance
Manage and direct site labor
